The Society for Neuroscience Central Ohio Chapter connects researchers throughout Central Ohio to promote the exchange of neuroscience information. Chapter members consist of faculty, postdoctoral students, and graduate students from The Ohio State University, Ohio University, Kenyon College, and Oberlin College.

The Central Ohio Chapter is involved in many activities that promote neuroscience throughout Central Ohio communities. Brain Awareness Week and the Neuroscience Education: Urban and Rural Outreach group allow members to interact with community schools and provide students an opportunity to learn about neuroscience.
